Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process your items, with delivery usually completed within 5 business days. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you personally to keep you informed.
Return
We offer returns. If your product is undamaged, please return it with all accessories and packaging within 15 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly exchange it or provide a refund using your original payment method.
Repairs
All products produced in our atelier have a 2-year warranty. We repair any damage to the product for up to two years after the date of purchase. After the warranty has expired, we will do the repairs at a small cost. We want you to enjoy your product as long as possible.
